I have been immersed in the music and entertainment industry for over two decades, first as a performer and composer, then as a salesperson, and ultimately, as an attorney. My legal experience includes operating as head of legal and business affairs at Steve’s Aoki’s record label, Dim Mak Records; working with Bear Grillz to launch Rude Service Records; and providing counsel on a variety of projects to artists and managers which include ARMNHMR, Max Styler, MITIS, and Riot Ten.

My work has brought me into close contact with major and independent record labels, publishers, event companies, film/game/tv studios, tech companies, and various other individuals and organizations in order to create, edit, negotiate, and finalize various types of contracts. Working on both the artist and label sides has given me a unique ability to spot hard-to-see issues in contracts and allows me to give my clients tactical advantages and understandings they may not have otherwise had.

I am a licensed real estate agent and Realtor in Arizona (License # SA709025000) and manage vacation rentals in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area. I also enjoy playing guitar and producing music.
